By purchasing products from 3 Pro Industries, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Descriptions

• New: Products are brand new and sealed.
• New Surplus: Products are new but may come in opened or unmarked packaging.
• Refurbished: Products have been professionally tested, cleaned, and repaired, and come with a 6-month warranty.
• Used: Products have been previously used but are fully operational and include a 4-month warranty.

2. Returns and Refunds

In the rare case that a product fails to work, we will arrange for its return at our expense. Before issuing a full refund, we reserve the right to inspect the returned product. We will replace the product within 3 months if necessary.

3. Order Cancellations

Cancellations due to customer change of plans or delivery issues are subject to our discretion after internal review. If an error is proven to have occurred on our part, we will promptly arrange the collection of the incorrect goods and issue a refund within 30 days if we are unable to supply the product requested by the customer. If the error stems from the client’s documentation or written request, the order cannot be canceled unless authorized by us as the supplier. We will carefully evaluate each request with the goal of prioritizing the client’s satisfaction where possible.

4. Fasteners and Steel

All sales of fasteners and steel are final and are subject to the specifications provided in our quotations.
